TOTAL PLAYER Membership

 This group summer baseball training program is designed to help players of all levels improve their skills and prepare for the upcoming season. The program offers three membership options – Bronze, Silver, and Gold – to fit the needs and schedules of different players.

FIRST TIME LOGIN:
If this is your first time booking with us through our new registration platform, please select the “Click here to register” option within the link below to create your player’s profile. Once your account is created you will be able to book a training session, enroll in group lessons, purchase lesson packages, or register for camps and classes. Please bookmark the link and save your username and password for easy reference in the future.

Please note to achieve optimal results in skill development, it is recommended to focus on one specific skill during at least four consecutive training sessions. The most consistent improvement typically occurs after completing eight to ten sessions of consistent work on that skill with the Complete Athlete Trainer. It is important to note that individual results may vary. Patience, and a growth mindset are key to achieving long-term success in skill development.

Additionally, it’s important to note that the duration of the training program may vary from month to month, with some months having four weeks of training and others having five.

Program Memberships

Gold Membership:

  • 3 sessions per week
  • Small groups of 4 players
  • Focus on choice of skill: pitching, hitting, fielding, and strength & speed
 

 

Silver Membership:

  • 2 sessions per week
  • Small groups of 4 players
  • Focus on choice of skill: pitching, hitting, fielding, and strength & speed

 

Bronze Membership:

  • 1 session per week
  • Small groups of 4 players
  • Focus on choice of skill: pitching, hitting, fielding, and strength & speed.

Summer Schedule:

June 12th-August 31st (No training July 3-6th)

  • Sessions are held on weekday mornings Monday-Thursday 
  • 8:00 AM-Speed & Agility
  • 9:00 AM-Hitting
  • 10:00 AM-Pitching
  • 11:00 AM-Fielding

Requirements:

    • Participants must be at least 10 years old and have some prior experience playing baseball.
    • Participants must bring their own equipment (gloves, bats, helmets, etc.)
    • Participants must be willing to work hard, learn, and have fun!
