Purpose of Workout: 

 

The purpose of the pitching/arm development program is to help your baseball athlete gain velocity and teach proper throwing mechanics. This program is meant for any player that is looking to improve velocity behind their throw. This is not just meant for pitcher’s only but also outfielder’s and infielder’s who want more arm strength.

 
Dates: October 12th – December 19th, 2021 
 
Frequency: 2- 3 times a week (16-24 sessions total)
 
Ages 13U and Up 
 
Cost: $725 3 times/week, $495 2 times/week
 
Group Size: 4-6 players
 
Times Available: T/TH/F 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM CST
 
Location: T/TH/F NSC Sports Hall
