Workout Program

Purpose of Workout: 

 

The purpose of this fall workout program is to provide all athletes an opportunity to get stronger in a safe and effective training program. We will be focusing on the core movement’s of the baseball athlete that will help player’s who participate run faster, jump higher, and create an explosive athlete. 

 

 

Dates: October 12th – December 18th, 2021 
 
Frequency: 2- 3 times a week
 
Ages 9U and Up 
 
Cost: $425 3 times/week, $299 2 times/week
 
Group Size: 6-10 players
 
Times Available: T/TH/F 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM CST
 
Location: T/TH/F NSC Sports Hall
