SPRING STRENGTH PROGRAM

During our spring session, Complete Athlete will be providing a speed, strength and conditioning program. 
 
All athletes will receive top of the line instruction on the correct form and feedback on improvement throughout the spring program.
 
The Complete Athlete speed and strengthening program will teach all athletes how to squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull with minimal load. We will focus on acceleration, deceleration, change in direction and how to control your body through different athletic actions.
